Rick is a Business Banker at Pillar Bank, a locally owned community bank with seven branches in western Wisconsin.  He has been a trusted advisor to business owners, municipal government and non-profits for over 26 years.  Rick also has extensive experience with agricultural lending and rural economic development.

Rick is a passionate supporter of local food systems.  He spends his free time reading, cooking and gardening with his wife Mary.  He volunteers as a Director at the St. Croix Valley Foundation and the chair of the Rural Entrepreneurial Ventures committee of the Baldwin Economic Development Corporation.
