Marcie spent her formative years on the family farm in St. Croix County, Wisconsin. She was very active in 4-H where she honed skills in soil development, growing and preserving produce, poultry and egg production, public speaking and serving as Junior Leader.

She went on to obtain her Physical Education / Recreation / Health and Wellness degrees from U of W - River Falls and University of Arizona.

Marcie has always been an “all in” type of person, whether she's teaching, coaching, serving as public safety 1st responder or volunteering in her community. Marcie is an advocate and ambassador for healthy living, caring for the environment and participating in progressive organizations.

Marcie continues to enjoy activities she’s engaged in as an instructor of health and wellness, recreation and is a member of the Mann Valley Go-Getters 4-H.
